Wrapped in Ribbon was designed by Quiltworx.com in 2016 as an optional color and block layout for one of our most popular table runner patterns known as the Cactus Flower Table Runner. A Tonga Batik collection called Copper by Judy and Judel Niemeyer with Timeless Treasures was the inspiration for the samples shown on the coversheet. The cactus block used in this pattern has been used in several Quiltworx patterns in a variety of different layouts. The 6” block will be showcased in Quiltster, a new application set to launch in 2016. This program not only allows you to audition fabrics in your quilts before you buy, but also shares blocks across several layouts. It also allows you to switch out blocks that are identically sized for others, creating a wide range of finished quilt options. To learn more about Quiltster, visit http://www.quiltster.com.
