Quiltworx.com designs digitized quilting designs using a long-arm Gammil Statler Stitcher and Art and Stitch. The digitized designs can be saved in a variety of formats to be used with various quilting machines. A current list of file formats and compatible computerized quilting machines is provided below for your reference. To make it easier for you to download the proper file, a zip file that includes ALL of the appropriate computerized quilting formats will be available for download upon purchase. Please select the file that is appropriate for your machine and delete the remaining files. The additional file formats are NOT available for you to share with others that have the ability to read the other file formats. They have been provided in this format to provide a more convenient experience for the customer. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in respecting these policies so we can keep our files available for immediate download and provide our products to a wider customer base, for which protected and automatic download options are not available.

Will it Fit my Machine?
This is a VERY important question that you need to ask yourself BEFORE purchasing a digitized design from our website as your purchase is non-refundable. Some of our units are simply larger than the hoop size that some of the embroidery machines will allow. The compatible file information is listed in the pattern information for each purchasable unit. If you have questions, please contact us prior to purchase at digitizeddesigns@quiltworx.com or 406-393-2646 and we can help you determine whether the units are compatible. In some cases, certain units will be compatible and others will not be in a full design. You can purchase your units on a unit by unit basis so you only obtain the ones that are compatible size-wise with your quilting set-up.
If there are Issues with your Digitized Quilting Design:
The digitized quilting designs available for purchase on our website are designed to fit the foundation paper pieced units that we design in our patterns. Please note that we have used Art and Stitch to size the designs appropriately. However, due to sewing accuracies or inaccuracies and final assembly of your quilt tops, it is possible that the designs you purchase are not going to be a perfect fit for your quilt. As such, it is recommended that you take some time to measure the size of the quilt block against one of the finished blocks in the quilt you are making and adjust it appropriately before applying the design to the entire quilt. Our staff is trained on a Gammil Statler Stitcher and may be able to provide some assistance in fitting the designs to your quilt top if you are having problems. However, we are not familiar with other quilting machines and therefore will have limited ability to address your issues. In this case, it would be best to contact your quilting machine dealer and technical support regarding general steps for adjusting digitized designs to your specific purposes.
If you have purchased the product and do not have Art and Stitch to resize something to fit your needs, Quiltworx.com may consider resizing the block to your custom needs. The cost for this service is $25.00 per hour and will be charged at a minimum charge of 30 minutes, and on a 15 minute basis thereafter. Payment for revised units will be required prior to transfer of the updated files. Non-Computerized Quilting Machines:
At the current time, Quiltworx.com does not sell templates or stensils of our quilting designs. This may be something we consider adding to our inventory in the future. If we make this move, we will be sure to notify our customers on our facebook page and through our newsletter. These products would also be available for wholesale purchase by your local quilting store. It is our recommendation that you sign up for our newsletter to learn of the latest products additions at our company.
