The Waterwheel pattern is a Cut Loose Press pattern, which is different than a traditional Quiltworx pattern in that it utilizes various tools and Charm Elements (which are the papers) to create fast, fun, projects and layouts aimed at the beginner… or anyone who simply wants to try out a fast project to learn a new technique or how to use a new tool. This pattern uses 10” squares, so it’s a very easy and quick project to work on. The Waterwheel quilt finishes at 40” x 40”…which makes a nice mini quilt, wall hanging or even a table topper. Day 1 will focus on cutting papers and fabrics and working with charm element #19, the diagonal double border block.
