Carol made her first “Judy” paper pieced quilt, Arizona Cactus, in a class taught by a certified instructor in 2013. She fell in love with the organized preparation and sewing process of the Quiltworx patterns which, sold her on Judy’s way! Carol attended more workshops taught by Judy and other certified instructors and with the encouragement of her closest friend, she began the journey of becoming a Quiltworx Certified Instructor.

Carol brings a unique set of skills to the Certified Instructors Program here at Quiltworx, with her background in corporate meeting and event planning, Carol has the expertise to organize retreats and special teaching events. Carol has been teaching classes at quilt shops and guilds in the Atlanta area, and will continue to teach Quiltworx patterns and the Technique of the Month Programs. She loves teaching and seeing people learn and grow more confident in creating beautiful quilts.
