Martha has been making quilts for over 25 years. Her love of this craft took a turn in 2013 when she made her first Judy Niemeyer quilt. She was hooked and she wanted to share the “Judy” method with other quilters. She soon began the training process of becoming an instructor and in the spring of 2015 became a Judy Niemeyer Quilting Certified Instructor. She has made a variety of over 40 Quiltworx projects from table toppers to large queen size quilts. She has shared her knowledge of this foundation paper piecing process working with quilt shops, guilds and private groups in classroom and retreat settings around southern Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Martha enjoys sharing her passion with other quilters.
