The Meadow Star Mixer Wall Hanging is constructed using 2 distinct groups, comprised of (8) Center Diamonds in a Group A, and border blocks that result in an 68” Square quilt as Group B. Quiltster allows you to mix and match the diamonds if you want to create a more dynamic quilt. However, note when you get your mixer booklets that each diamond booklet includes enough papers to make (8) pieces. If you use Quiltster to create a custom layout that uses more than (1) type of diamond, you will have some left over units in each package that could be used for another project if desired.

The blocks can be mixed and matched using a cloud-based program called Quiltster. Visit Quiltster.com, subscribe, and locate the Meadow Star Mixer Wall Hanging pattern in the projects portion of the platform. Once you have selected your blocks, you can also audition fabrics from current fabric collections across the Quilting Industry to create a project that is unique to you!  Then, all of your  blocks can be ordered directly through Quiltster by clicking on Add to Cart.

If you choose to use Quiltster again to create a second project using this same layout (even if you choose a different combination of blocks) this introduction booklet does not need to be purchased again. The information included herein is the same regardless of which combination of blocks you may want to make for your first or fifth quilt!

Note: At least (2) diamond booklets should be purchased.  The booklets can be two different diamonds.

This pattern is available in Quiltster! This means you can color the quilt with your favorite fabric collections in Quiltster before you make it. Quiltster will even provide you with yardage!  You can also purchase kits designed by Quiltster Sellers right in the application!
